About Us...
At Pilates Plus we take our motto "Where Fun & Fitness Meet" seriously! We offer a wide variety of classes and options so our participants won't ever be bored. We offer classes at every level, classes that are a variety of lengths of time, and are adding new options all the time. We listen to our clients and bring back classes you love, add things you want to try, and alter our class schedule and availability to meet your needs. If you want to dance, we have Zumba, Bollywood, Booty dance, flirty dance, chair dance, pole dance, hip hop, and more. If you love Yoga, we have SO many different types. From hot yoga, to yoga for relaxation, and Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, beginner and gentle yoga, and yoga chikitsa. We also offer Tai Chi, Tibetan Rejuvenation, Tabata training, boot camp, weight classes, buns n guns classes, interval training, equipment classes with balls and bands and Bosu and the Pilates Reformer machine or the Pilates Chair or the spine corrector. From hot stone work to trigger point therapy to myofascial release to meditation--we have SO many ways for you to get fit and feel great. We have personal training sessions and group classes, but we also have "semi-private" small group classes that give you more personalized attention and benefits similar to personal training at a lower cost.
